Complaint about Hotpoint

Have just paid for a replacement tumble dryer as would not trust modifications. I don't see why we as customers have to pay for your mistakes especially as you were still selling them after you found out there was an issue with them. All mine was done online and NOWHERE in any mails has there been anything to say it would be replaced for free. On top of the cost of the dryer and the cost of replacement dryer I have been paying out on insurance to cover breakdown on an already faulty machine. You have treated customers with contempt.
