Complaint about Trespass

Order No: 100302037 I ordered a ski jacket and two pairs of ski pants over two weeks ago. On receiving the parcel the order was incomplete with one pair of ski pants missing. I e-mailed immediately and was told it would be dealt with within three days. Two weeks on and one day before my daughter’s holiday the issue has not been resolved. Parcel force were under scrutiny for a while but weight of items dispatched matched the weight delivered. I was then told that I should sort it out with parcel force and there was nothing they could do about it. Why should my contacting parcel force make any difference they’re not in the wrong and where is the customer care and service. Basically I have paid for an item that I have not received. It has put me out greatly due to the imminence of my daughter’s holiday and yet I am being told over several times that nothing can be done. I am appalled at the apathy of the people I have had to deal with and feel that the only answer is to inform the small claims court. In the past I have bought many trespass items and this is why I find it so disappointing to have been treated in this way.
