Mis-sold product support from lying employee

Complaint about Currys PC World

Bought a laptop from PC world some time last year and have just noticed that payments of £6.50 per month have been being taken from my account since December 2016. This is apparently for product support. I work in IT myself and so I refused this service as I didn't need it. The cashier said she would give this to me for free for the first 3 months and said she'd put a note to have it cancelled for me after the 3 months. I only accepted because I was told it was free but it turns out I've had money secretly deducted out of my account for months. I made it clear that I didn't want the product support service and was told I could have it for free for 3 months. Disgusted at the dishonesty withing your company!!!!!
