Oven Cleaner didn't bother knocking on the door and instead left a message on the phone.

Complaint about CRMS UK Ltd

The oven cleaner was booked in today between 11-2pm. I was at work but they had my mobile number. They left a message a few weeks ago to confirm the booking and stated that "if I had any changes to give them a call". I didn't wish to change my booking so I left it as it was. Today my wife waited in the house taking time off work ready for the cleaner. No one arrived. She therefore left a note on the door with her mobile number and went out in the afternoon. When I finished work I had a message on my mobile from 12:05pm saying that they were outside my property. Yet nobody had tried knocking on the door. Did they expect my wife to be sat out the front of the house waiting for them. Now can't seem to get hold of them at all and still have a dirty oven.
