Complaint about Ticket Selection

I ordered 4 tickets back in September to take 3 family members for to see Craig David as their Christmas presents, each week i kept checking my emails to see if i received my tickets or an update of when i would. 13th March i started chasing as i was getting a bit worried and i totally should be and anyone that has an event coming up with ticket selection. I sent numerous of emails and received an automated message which probably everyone who brought tickets from them, yesterday i finally got through to a "customer service representative" on their online chat tool and was promised i would receive my tickets before the event, i'm working from home today to ensure i could meet my postman in case anything needed to be signed for, however he has been and gone with no Craig David tickets!!! I feel disgusted that a company can do this to so many people, £293.00 later I'm left with no tickets and 3 very unhappy family members. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR ANYTHING. THE SOONER WE CAN SHUT THIS AWFUL COMPANY DONE THE BETTER.
