Ordered these flowers well over a week ago n they not arrived on the date arranged for they was quick to take the money iv ordered too bouquets n i orderd them early to ensure my mum wud get them in time for mothers day n im diagusted by the reviews n iv emailed them n no reply

I have emailed you and you did respond to this email address to be fair but i want a refund not sent flowers that was supposed to be initially for mothers day and didnt come its appaling your customer service is infact service in general
