no contact from seller who sent completely wrong item

Complaint about Bax-shop.co.uk

Ordered a watch but they sent a completely different watch which isn't even by the same manufacturer as the one ordered. I have asked for refund and contacted them via the Box-Shop contact us ink which seems to be the only way to contact them. Having asked 3 times for someone to contact me urgently I have yet to receive a reply. Their own site says that returns must be sent within 8 days of receipt yet after 4 days they still have not contacted me. I insist on a full refund as I believe the watch to be a cheap copy and Iam worked that if i allow them to send the correct watch it too will be a badly made copy.
