Complaint about Performance Direct

i went online after you sent me an e-mail list of quotes and chose performance direct.they then phoned me but i was away from home,the girl on the phone said she would phone at mid day as i told her i would be home then.i had no call back.then two days later they sent an e-mail for me to ring them,but i noticed the number was a premium number so i e-mailed them to phone me which they did.the trouble is i am hard of hearing as i told the chap on the phone.he did not take this into account as he spoke really fast and went on for ages.he totally lost me,i have no idea what he was talking about because i couldnt hear most of it.then next day i had an e-mail asking for a copy of my and my wifes driving licence and code check to send them or fax.i havent got a printer or fax machine plus in 40 + years of buying insurance ive never been asked for this before.by this time i had had enough and e-mailed the this morning[ fri 24/03/17]saying so and i would like a refund as they have already taken the money from my bank but ive had no reply from them all day.i am very worried ime being ripped off.please help.thank you.arthur chinn.
