Telesales people have no idea if in stick but happy to take money.

Complaint about Easylife

Placed order on 22 Feb for 2 items, and wasn't told of any problem, in fact told 7 days delivery. No goods were delivered so I phoned and told 1 item out of stock but now in so to be despatched, again no goods so another call this time other item out of stock. Apparently company policy not to send part orders. Asked for refund but told as processed couldn't give refund. But goods dye in that week and would be despatched immediately. This happened twice again but now told other item out of stock. I finally had enough and told I didn't care what company policy was I wanted the item they had and a refund for the other. This has finally happened but am still out of pocket for all the calls made which each lasted over 30 minutes which Easylife aren't willing to compensate for. After this experience I shall not order from them again.
