Complaint about Brightlife UK

Before I do tell you my complaint, please tell me how you got my email address, I complained to Bright Life not you and I am puzzled. I do not mind joining your group/company, but i would like to know who you are and why you got my emailed complaint. Bright life advertised a shaver at £9.99, which I added to my basket but when I moved to that page to pay it was at £39 +, so I decided not to have it, I went through to payment just to see if it came off at the pay point, but as it didn't I did not go further. I think this is scandalous to steal from people in this way and I am angry about it. My bank tells me they will take it further if i get no help. Please advise me. Maretta Rees
