Flowers not arrived for Mother's Day

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered flowers well over a week before & without about 20 minutes of ordering tried to cancel as read some negative reviews but was told I could not but was reassured that they would fulfill my order & to the highest quality. The flowers have still not arrived despite the company advising me they they were despatched for next day. I cannot find a phone number or address for the company & only negative comments except for on their own web site where they are all positive I wonder if they are genuine. I am very disappointed as they were for Mother's Day.
