Complaint about Lovely Flora World

All together I ordered 3 different bunches of flowers to be delivered on different dates, to different addresses. The 1st bunch got delivered a day early which I was happy about, but the next morning they were all dead. The 2nd bunch got delivered a day late and they also were dead the next morning too. The 3rd bunch was requested to be delivered on Saturday 25th March, which they still haven't arrived. The company takes ages to reply and they just want to send a free bouquet of flowers, which I am not happy about as I would like a refund. They have no phone number on there website so I can't phone them, the only way I can contact them is through email. Worst flower company I've ever known.
