Complaint about Vodafone

I have just received an email from Vodafone telling me I have an outstanding account of a £198.34 pence and my account is now with a debt recovery service. However I have been advised to keep an eye on my credit score and last month I was in the clear, but I have got home to an email to say I owe 198.34. I had a hour and 50 minute conversation with Vodafone and I was asked to pay £44.44 pence in January to bring my account up to date, I am so annoyed at the fact that I brought my account upto date in January and they cut my service plus I lost my sim card so I haven't used the phone since the 1st of Feb 2017, I was provided with a reference number however I have moved since then and I did think that this was the end of it until today...... please help me now I am at my whitts end.
