Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Ordered flowers 24th March, the company states if you order before 5pm they will be delivered next day. Today 27th March, my daughter still has not received her flowers. Total waste of time and money judging by all the bad reviews. Unable to send email to their site, keeps being rejected. I want my money back.
