Have not received refund

Complaint about Ticket Selection

On the 28/12/2016 I purchased tickets on Ticket Selections website to The Weeknd concert on 07/03/2017. Tickets plus booking fee amounted to 124.95 pounds altogether. On the day of the concert I was emailed by Ticket Selection to be told that due to unforeseen circumstances they would be unable to provide me with tickets but I would receive a full refund within 10-15 days on the card which was used for payment. It is now 28/03/2017 and I have not received my refund. I have emailed the company but have received no response, despite email stating a response would be provided within 24-30 hours.
