Complaint about Mercury Holidays

I booked a holiday with Mercury Travel for July 2017 but due to my husband recently becoming ill we thought it would be best to cancel this holiday. I emailed Mercury Travel on 24 March asking them to cancel the holiday. I phoned them on 27 March (three times) asking them to cancel the holiday and was told someone would call me back. I have emailed them again today asking for the holiday to be cancelled and have still not heard from them. This is absolutely disgusting to not even receive an email or a phone call and to just keep being fobbed off when I call them. I have tried to find a complaints department but without any joy. Surely, it shouldn't be this difficult to cancel a holiday. I have enough to worry about with my husband without having to worry about this as well.
