Complaint about Lovely Flora World
I placed an order for flowers and chocolates for my mum for mothers day. I was assured thwy would be delivered on Friday and as yet still have not been delivered. I contacted thwm by e mail in three seperate occassions to demand a refund and only recieved an automatic generated response and nothing else .
