Complaint about Currys PC World

I purchased a laptop a year ago from PC World. I was quite happy until I noticed that every month product support ag is stealing my money. From 9 May 2016 every month they taking 8 £ from my bank account. So they owe me 88 £. I hope this problem will be sort out as soon as possible, my account (if it even exist) will be cancelled and I want full refund.
