Complaint about Credit Perfect

Just been looking through my bank statements as something seemed funny ie missing money and realised for the past 5 months i have been paying the 14.99 monthly fee when i know for a fact i did not sign up nor know of anything of the sort i am a single mum with severe bipolar what do i cant sleep i honestly dont know what to do thats allot of money to me espcially at the minute
