My electric account still not cancelled

Complaint about Iresa

Iam currently with Cooperative Energy for both my gas and electric, I decided to switch to Iresa but then found another deal which included warm home discount, I tried to phone them for one and a half hours but no answer, sent email, then got response back to say cancellation done, my new supplier which was Bristol energy told me they only has gas account and that electric is still with Iresa, and now my switch for electric will be on 06th April, what do I do?
