Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Another unhappy customer. Apparently it is a waste of time to complain so I will just never use again. Mother's Day flowers were dead on arrival. A pathetic example that certainly could not be described as a bouquet. I paid extra for double the amount of flowers, I can't imagine what they would have looked like if I hadn't. Embarrassing gift for my mother in law, she was too polite to comment until I paid a visit and saw for myself.
