Complaint about Lovely Flora World
I should of had a delivery of flowers to my mum on Monday but they haven't arrived. It's now Wednesday and I've had no replies to my emails demanding a refund and an apology! I'm so angry and disappointed. I wish I had seen reviews before I had placed my order.
