Complaint about Littlewoods

james Kernan, account number 01825313 Since september 2016, Littlewoods has been trying to charge me for a 40 inch smart tv, which i returned as it was faulty. I put a complaint in and they said it was resolved, they took the amount of my balance and give me a £40 good will payment. I accepted this and thought that was the end of it. I got a statement not long after saying i owed £54 for that month january. I knew this was wrong as i knew i owed only £11. When i called customer service they told me the extra payment was for the smart tv. My frustration and stress trying to get this resolved through customer service is almost impossible every time i ring they either say some one will ring you back and they dont or i put on hold for 20 minutes plus in which i hang up. I went for a loan the other day to get turned down due to the non payments you have put on my credit file I need to talk to some one who can help me sort this out, or i am going to the retail ombudsman. This has gone on too long???
