Complaint about Yours Clothing

I will never order from this company again and would definitely not recommend them. I wanted to return a parcel wanted to know if I could return it free at a post office with a collect+ label so i went on live chat and was basically talking to myself. I a actually blow dried my hair and straightened it whilst waiting for a response from Helen and after explaining that the collect + store was to far as i am disabled she then continued to ask for my post code she could tell me where my closest store was. Do some people a actually train these people to be idiots. Good customer service is one on one attention which had i of had she would of realised that was the whole idea of asking about the post office was because the store was to far not offering to tell me where the closest one is. Come on Yours with so many competitive clothing stores around you really need to start paying more attention to your customers before you lose them all
