Complaint about Brightlife UK

I made an ordeer two weeks ago but have not received it. The money has been paken out on 27th March. Each time I phone on different numbers I get the same thing and am eventually cut off. I can't get through to Customer Services. Either refund my money or send the goods.

I eventually got a reply but was told their system wasn't working properly and to call back Monday. In the meantime my ordered arrived. I have reordered further items which I wanted but again, it took a long time to get through. After this I won't be ordering again from them. They don't live up to their expectations.
