Complaint about 247 Home Rescue

I was customer since April 2016 with 247 Home Rescue and paid my subscription on time. Between August/September 2016 I request their service in one of my properties to investigate a fault. This was agreed clause in the contract provided by 247. However 247 rescue categorically refused to send gas engineer to investigate the matter let alone to repair it. On that occasion I gave one month notice of cancellation as per the contract (as it was monthly rolling contact) and cancelled my subscription. Since then I'm receiving demand notice with CCJ threats and harassments. This is too low for the expected standards from a company claiming that they provide excellent service.Please avoid all cost to be customer for this company.
