Complaint about Currys PC World

Hi, I have recently noticed that I have been getting charged £5.50/mth for "Product Support AG", Which I had no clue about so googled it in which it brought me to this website / review forum. I bought a laptop and a camera from PC World/ Curry's so understand where it ties in with everyone else's queries. I would like to stop the product support payments and would like advice on going about it. It appears in my transactions, however, it doesn't appear as a direct debit that i'm able to cancel so I'm kinda stuck and need to know how to stop this and possibly get a refund
