Complaint about Drive Dynamics

I booked my son driving lessons on the 02/02/17 via telephone 6/2/17 I received my invoice, payment was made on the 7/2/17. The driving instructor rang on the 6/2/17 to book lessons, my son text him the dates available. As we had not had a response I rang the instructor on the 20/2/17 he was off hand and hung up on me. I then rang company requested a formally for a refund, which a link to email for a refund, I informed the operative they took payment over the phone but refused to process a refund on the phone. I completed the link 21/2/17 requesting my refund, I got an email back saying I was out of my cooling off period, but I rang formally requested a refund within the period and they have failed to make contact and deliver the service therefore a breach of contract on their behalf.
