RUBBISH. RUINED MOTHER'S DAY FOR ME

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day as I am a university student who lives hours away from home and I would not be there to celebrate the occasion with her. However, it has been a week since the flowers were supposed to reach her, but the company did not even hesitate to take the money from my bank account. I am still waiting for replies on all the emails that I have sent them. This is such an atrocious experience and I will be discouraging everyone I know from using this website. I really need a refund as I am a struggling university student!
