Complaint about The Phone Spot
I recently ordered an upgrade through The Phone Spot. Today, I received my first bill after the upgrade took place. I was puzzled to see that the bill was significantly more expensive than expected. After investigating, I see that the salesperson failed to inform me of VAT costs which are added on top of the price of my plan. I took this plan because it was cheaper than my previous plan and I asked the salesperson repeatedly if this would be the final price I would pay, to which he replied yes. In fact I'm paying £5 more every month. This is unacceptable and I feel the salesperson was irresponsible and misleading.
