Overcharged on Support Agreement

Complaint about Currys PC World

bought a laptop from Currys in May 2014. (I still have the original receipt). A support agreement was also taken out with Knowhow for a period of one year, incase of any issues with the laptop. I was advised by your Sales advisor to take this out. In April 2015, I called Knowhow and asked them to cancel this agreement as the one year was coming up. They confirmed that this had been done on their system. Thinking this had been done, I thought nothing further. Going through my bank statements recently, I discovered that for two products (the laptop and a fridge freezer), I am being incorrectly charged by Currys. For the fridge freezer, I was being charged twice!!!! This has since been rectified. However I am very angry about the laptop charge which should have been cancelled was only done so on 25th March 2017. I have overpaid by £195.50. Which is equivalent to 50% of a cost of a new laptop! Thanks Roopal
