Complaint about Lovely Flora World
I ordered some what I thought would be a beautiful boutique of flowers, but in fact got a cheap bunch of flowers missing some of the flowers that were dead, the delievery person put the box over a 6 foot gate. When I contacted lovely flora world on the Saturday last week and only heard one thing on wed last week asking to send pictures of the flowers and they resend some more. So I sent pictures and due to having to buy more for my mum for Mother's Day which as already gone I would like a refund. I have not heard a thing since!!!!
