Complaint about Ovo Energy

Our experience with OVO has been dismal. For months they charged us much more than they were supposed to - even after we contacted them and pointed out it out. They installed a smart meter in December. That resulted in us not being able to know exactly how much we were/had been using for almost three months. By the end of our contract we were in credit to the tune of £290.97 - AND THEN TODAY they took another £65 pounds - this AFTER the account is already switched. Now we are told it will take another 4-6 weeks before we will get our money - the £290+ credit and the £65 they say we owe for the last TWO weeks - again a debit of more than thrice what we actually use.. And this is the top rated UK supplier. Have to admit they have been better than Scottish Power who billed us more than £500! after our switch - despite never telling us we were in arrears during the TWO years we were with them.
