Complaint about Currys PC World

I have just noticed that £4.50 is being taken from my credit card on a monthly basis for AG support, I can only assume that this is relating to my TV which was purchased in January 2015 however I did not ask for this to be added when I purchased at the Blackpool store, I know specifically as I have a separate policy which covers all of my technical appliances/goods. I only use the credit card in question for significant one off purchases therefore did not pick up on this until the balance has been close to cleared. As I did not authorise this I request that this is cancelled immediately and a refund is issued for all backdated amounts. Thank you

An efficient service and I have been offered 50% of the money owed to me as a gesture of goodwill - I was satisfied with that. The only negative comment was that I missed the call from them to obtain my bank details for the refund which i promptly returned 5 mins later and the recorded message stated they were closed on Saturdays, despite ringing me the same day.
