Complaint about Wren Kitchens

I paid £15000 for a new fitted kitchen. Installation date was the 23rd of jan 2017. Parts were missing from the delivery and some were damaged whilst being fitted. To date the kitchen is still unfinished. I've sent numerous emails and calls and the customer service is appalling. They quality of their units is poor and I've had several replacements and they were all damaged. Each time I am due a delivery I get a last minute email stating some of the parts are missing. How many times does it take for them to get it right? In summary never buy a kitchen from wren!!!

Awful experience with wren and I will make sure potential customers know and don't touch this company. Kitchen finally finished but still fighting for compensation. Wren has certainly taken the joy out of my new kitchen.
