I apparently have multiple "profiles" with vodafone. Despite paying my bills every month I have been cut off 12 times since Aug 2016 (every two weeks) due to outstanding balances on "different profiles". Every month I ring up to explain that I have no outstanding balance and its a problem with billing system and every month the customer service agents agree, apologise, reconnect me and confirm the problem is sorted. It isn't and sure enough two weeks later I get cut off again. I have a direct debit set up and it makes no difference. This has caused me significant distress and I'm really worried its affecting my credit rating. All I want to do is leave vodafone but my contract is not up for renewal until June this year. I'm absolutely fed up at their total inabitliy to sort this problem out. I've been through their complaints procedure to no avail. Somebody please help me!
