Wrongly suspended

Complaint about Depop

Depop have wrongly suspended me and I'm really upset about this I've been poorly and I didn't get the chance to post an item to the customer I messaged her to explain this and asked if she would like a refund and she never replied and reported me Depop said if I didn't prove to them that I've sent a refund to the customer they would suspend my account so I emailed them with the proof they told me they had received it but I'm still blocked from the account this is really bad customer service I've had parcels that needed to be sent out but I couldn't get on to depop to get their addresses plus I've purchased things and now I'm scared that I won't receive my items as my address will no longer be on there I'm really annoyed about this I've been on depop long enough to know the rules and I did right by messaging the customer and apologizing that I was unwell and if she wanted a refund and now I've been suspended over a £5 bag it's pathetic
