Complaint about Scottish Power

Refused warm hone discount 2016 after applying and letting them know I have a 4 year old and disabled partner I was told it would be on my Meter only it never went on and now I am being passed from pillar to post ring dwp was what I was told as they pay it NO SCOTTISH POWER HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION TO PAY FOR BOARDER GROUP CUSTOMERS they are now this year telling me to contact dwp again
