Complaint about iSwegway

Purchased a swegway for my daughter on 19th May 2016. It broke down after briefly being used three times. Contacted the company who delayed their reply to get the problem resolved. Paid the assessment fee to check the fault and it was returned to them in July. Contacted them repeatedly over the months by email to get an update and was given different responses as to the progress. Finally, early in January after a further email, they replied to say they would contact me the following day and not to contact them. That phone call never came and now they have the swegway and my money. When I called for an update mid-late, I was told that there was no update. I contacted my credit card but there is nothing they can do as iSwegway take the order and Advance Tech take the payment. When I tried to contact Advance Tech via the number on my credit card, the line just rings continuously.
