Unauthorised Payment

Complaint about Credit Perfect

A charge of £14.99 was applied to my bank account. I have had no dealings with this company and did not agree any membership offer. M concern is that they will take further charges. How can I stop this?

I had to cancel my card to ensure that no further charges were made. It is inconvenient but at least their Customer Complaints Team were apologetic and efficient.
