Complaint about Sky

I have virgin 1monyhs notice to leave them after Sky told me that the flats I live in ground floor was suitable for Dky. They told us an engineer was calling at the flats on the 28th to connect another person in the flats. The engineer came and told us that he had run the cable in ready for the tv and to connect it up now. I rang sky and told them that I was not going to pay for both and I was told I would get a credit for the 1st month £40. We then were due to have the Broadband and phone up and running on the 41dt March. An Open Reach engineer called and spent 5hrs looking for a line. No luck not on the following week till Tuesday we got a call saying our broadband was on. I rang Sky 4times to be told it will be working by 12 that night. It's now Griday we have made near on 20 call to them and we are still without. The lady chap said he they will ring NEXT Thursday with an update. Hell
