Complaint about Lovely Flora World

Order number:222198 I purchased sympathy flowers for a close friend after a sudden death. I was impressed by the quality and quantity provided by the photographs shown online. I paid the extra for the 50% more flowers as i thought it was a good deal and as they were for a funeral I wanted a larger bunch. When the recipient received she was of course grateful, however, when i saw the flowers I was somewhat taken back by the poor quality of the bouquet! Almost all of the flowers were brown and dying, there was limited variety, some of the flowers were squashed also. It really was not ideal! Especially after paying the extra for a more premium bunch. I have tried contacting Lovely Floral World via the email provided on my confirmation email and the contact message option on their website and all emails are returned as failure. There is no contact number also. This is shocking customer service. I would like a full refund as this is shocking service. Best regards, Charlene Millar
