Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered funeral flowers for my cousins funeral as I couldn't attend as I live in Scotland & the funeral was in London. The flowers were ordered on the 31 March 2017 for delivery on the 3 April 2017 , her funeral was on the 4 April, no flowers arrived then was informed bad quality flowers arrived on the 5 April 2017 with no card. I wish I had dealt with another company as this was very important to our family & we can't get this time back
