Bouquet arrived nothing like the picture

Complaint about Lovely Flora World

I ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day it arrived on the Friday instead of the Saturday, looks nothing like the one in the picture, I also ordered 50% extra flowers and there were less flowers than in the picture. I complained and was offered a replacement bouquet promised for last Wednesday delivery it's still not arrived, I've sent 3 more Emails and no response received at the time of writing this.

Dear Glynis, We are sorry to read about your comlaint. We hope you do understand the Mother's Day is an extremely busy time for us and although we wish for both delivery and quality of the product to be perfect this cannot always be the case. Unfortunately, we are not able to tell why the replacement was not received. This has now been arranged to sent again. Kind regards, Lovely Flora World.
