Complaint about 247 Home Rescue
Despite paying a monthly premium for landlord cover for my flat boiler, they refused to respond to boiler not functioning because I hadn't phoned them immediately it had happened. Tenant advised me if situation in morning, I phoned them and they asked a series of questions then saying a call out was denied, never had such dreadful service ever.
