Complaint about Whirlpool

You accepted my complaint on 3rd March and on 6th March I received a call from Hamara Sadiq at [email protected] saying I would receive the refund within 28 working days. This is the third time I have been told a refund would be made and the third time it has not appeared but the first time there was a confirmation e mail from Whirlpool. I forwarded that e mail to you at the time. Are you able to help with this? Neville Balchin

I was getting nowhere with the company in receiving a legitimate refund until contacting A Spokesman Said. Then it was soon resolved. Thankyou for your help.
