Complaint about Domestic & General

I purchased a Bosch Freezer, Fridge, and Dish Washer for an apartment l rent out .l told Domestic and General to send all correspondence to my home address.l took out four years warranty in 2009 and cancelled them in 2013.l thought that was the end of the matter l have just realised that they have carried on my direct debit payments without my permission. Can l do anything about this please. Unfortunately l cancelled verbally and they say they have no record. I have received no communication from them since 2013.
