Complaint about Minted Mobi

I am being charged by yourselves with a bill of 7.50 euros weekly for something that I do not recall joining on Feb 2nd I have been trying since Feb to cancel this account both by sending STOP many times (it was also tried by carphone warehouse), and by phoning to be told 24 hours to cancel that was about 2 weeks ago. I still received 2 more text last week. I am a pensioner and this is a lot of money. Please delete my number and return my money

customer services was who I talked to previously with still no cancellation. I Received another 7.50 bill Thursday 27th April this is now becoming a very expensive business and not one of my choosing. Please help Teresa
