Complaint about viagogo

Dear Viagogo support team, My payment for my tickets I sold have failed. I opted for a bank transfer however the payment, though sent, has failed! I'm extremely worried after having heard very bad reviews on the customer support. No information has been said as to why the payment was failed and quite honestly I haven't received an update on what to do. I will deeply appreciate your assistance into getting my payment due. Thank you, Arthur

D2 Still no reply from Viagogo, even on my other attempts of reaching Viagogo through emails. I find it appalling that I need to take this issue public when it can be settled privately.

I am facing the same issue as well!! I even tried to call the international customer care line to UK, but is always automated reply with 'unable to answer the call'!! I am getting worried now and doubting will I actually get my payment!
