Took a payment with out my permission

Complaint about Credit Perfect

Credit Perfect have taken money out my account, with out me knowingly allowing it. I have phoned, been patronised and been made to feel like I cant take it any further. I have three children, no money til Friday and am extremely unhappy and anxious about this. Way to go Credit Perfect, prey on the most vulnerable people who need the small amount of money they have the most! I hope you sleep well at night! Cos I know I wont be.

Ive done that already and they were very unhelpful, patronising infact, offered me a postal package of all your delightful services THAT I DONT WANT, never did want and didnt ask for!!!
